Atlassian's DC timeline is closing in. No new subscriptions after March 2026. No renewals after 2028. Read-only by 2029.

If you are running JSM Assets on Data Center, the options are:

  • Move to Atlassian Cloud (or Government Cloud for federal)
  • Move to ServiceNow
  • Move to an open-source alternative
  • Wait for extended maintenance by exception and hope for the best

Migration Kit has adapters for extracting data from Jira and importing to ServiceNow, GitLab, or other platforms. The field mapping templates handle the translation between platform data models.
